Job summary

RiseMe in Houston, TX is seeking a Telecommunications Project Manager to lead ICT infrastructure projects, from scoping to hand-off, overseeing multi-million-dollar cabling and fiber builds across enterprise, healthcare, and industrial sites. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in low-voltage or telecom projects, with BICSI RTPM or RCDD credentials; PMP is a plus.

Strong vendor and stakeholder liaison skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field with 5+ years of telecom/low-voltage project experience.
• Active BICSI RTPM or RCDD certifications; PMP is a strong plus.
• Deep knowledge of structured cabling, fiber, AV, security, and network design; proficient with project software.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT infrastructure projects from scoping through hand-off.
• Ensure cabling and designs meet BICSI, ANSI/TIA, and Houston codes.
• Manage on-site teams, sub-contractors, and safety/quality audits.
• Track milestones, budgets, change orders, and resources to protect margins.
• Serve as primary liaison for clients, engineers, and general contractors.
