Job summary

Instrata Technologies, LLC. is seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex low‑voltage infrastructure projects across mission‑critical facilities in the United States.

You will coordinate between clients, engineering, BIM/VDC, and field teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery with the highest quality standards. The role requires 5+ years in ICT or low‑voltage project management, strong budgeting and stakeholder management, and the ability

Qualifications

5+ years managing ICT/low‑voltage projects.
Strong knowledge of Division 27 systems including structured cabling, fiber optics, and pathways.
Experience guiding projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Ability to read drawings, BIM models, and schedules.
Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and documentation.
Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control experience.
Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; OSHA 30 preferred; BICSI/PMI certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple ICT and low‑voltage projects from kickoff through turnover.
Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, staffing plans, procurement strategies, and execution plans.
Coordinate activities between engineering, field ops, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement schedule/quality improvements.
Lead kickoff, coordination, progress, and client status meetings.
Ensure documentation remains accurate and current throughout the lifecycle.
Serve as primary client contact during project execution.
Manage project finances, change orders, procurement, and billing.
Promote safety and quality across all phases of delivery.
