Job summary
CSEngineering is seeking a Telecommunications Engineer (RCDD) to lead TRs, fiber/backbone infrastructure, and integration with the overall construction project for the VA EHRM Infrastructure Upgrade. The role blends telecommunication engineering with hands-on construction oversight, inspections, and documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Telecommunications/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum six (6) years of design/construction experience in telecommunications and data infrastructure.
- Active BICSI RCDD certification required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Telecommunications Rooms (TRs) and fiber/network infrastructure to ensure compliance with designs and standards.
- Review and validate patch panels, cable management, pathways, and cable schedules.
- Coordinate with Government, General Contractor, Architect/Engineer, and IT teams for field construction and testing.
- Conduct field inspections, document deficiencies, and track corrective actions through resolution.
- Support testing, commissioning, and government acceptance processes.
