Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Senior Telecommunications Engineer in Phoenix to lead the design of complex utility telecommunications networks and oversee project deliverables. You will manage BOMs, specs, drawings, and wiring diagrams while ensuring QA/QC and client satisfaction.

The role requires a ABET-accredited engineering degree with 7 years of telecom experience and a PE license; consulting background is a plus. Travel up to 10% and full-time schedule apply.

Qualificações

• ABET-accredited engineering degree and 7 years in utility telecommunications or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• PE license required; consulting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design of telecommunications networks using client standards or developing new standards.
• Manage project deliverables: BOM, specs, drawings, layouts, and related design documents.
• Lead execution of complex assignments, improving processes, equipment, and technology.
• Identify and resolve project issues; communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and support project scheduling and QA/QC.
• Develop client relationships and participate in proposals and presentations.
