Qualifications

• ABET-accredited electrical engineering degree with 7 years experience.
• Master's degree with 6 years experience.
• FE exam completed.
• EPC project experience preferred.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design from conceptual phase through design completion.
• Prepare electrical equipment specs, RFQs, and technical bid summaries.
• Review vendor drawings and interface with suppliers and other disciplines.
• Develop project schedule, scope, budget, staffing, and construction planning.
• Manage change orders effectively.
• Lead QA/QC across detailed drawings and field coordination.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers; provide leadership to the practice.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company standards.
• Build client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop cost proposals and project budgets; report performance.
