Job summary

Ledcor Group seeks an experienced Telecom Project Manager in the United States (SC) to lead large-scale telecom builds, including fiber, small cells, and tower deployments. You will champion safety, manage risk, permits, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and PQP implementation while coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale telecom projects (fiber, small cells, towers).
• Uphold safety-first culture and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage risk, permits, and client communications through project lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue new telecom opportunities.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
