Qualifications

• 8+ years in telecom or utility construction PM roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CM/Telecom/Engineering.
• Knowledge of telecom construction methods, permitting, and codes (NESC/NEC).
• Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate with clients.
• Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools like MS Project/Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale telecom projects.
• Manage risk, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Establish and manage project cost tracking and reporting systems.
