Ledcor Technical Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑impact telecom infrastructure projects, including fiber, small cells, and wireless towers. You will ensure projects meet schedule, scope, budget, safety, and quality standards while guiding cross‑functional teams and shaping strategic direction.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in telecom project management, strong site acquisition experience, and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience.
• 5+ years in Site Acquisition, including due diligence, permitting, zoning, lease negotiations, and stakeholder coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted.
• Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (NESC, NEC, local codes).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera).
• Site Acquisition experience within the telecommunications industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion and uphold safety-first culture on telecom construction sites.
• Lead planning and execution of large-scale telecom projects (fiber, small cell, wireless towers).
• Manage risk, permitting, and client communications throughout project lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue new telecom project opportunities.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry tools.
• Implement Project Quality Plan and ensure compliance with telecom standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking and reporting.
