Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex telecom infrastructure projects across North America. You will drive scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality while leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

In this hybrid role, you will champion safety, manage risk, oversee permits and site acquisitions, and guide contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience.
• 5+ years of Site Acquisition, including permitting, zoning, lease negotiations, and stakeholder coordination.
• Education in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Champion and uphold safety-first culture on telecom construction sites.
• Lead planning and execution of large-scale telecom projects (fiber, small cell, wireless towers).
• Manage risk, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue new telecom project opportunities.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry tools.
