Job summary

TPx Communications is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex customer implementations across UCx, MSx, and Managed Connectivity Services.

You will own the full lifecycle from initial planning through service activation and handoff to support teams, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of project management experience.
Minimum of five (5) years in telecommunications or related industries.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with project tracking systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Manage complex, multi-site customer implementations involving TPx products and services.
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process for customers, internal teams, vendors, and partners.
Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to customers and executives.
Establish implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and customer expectations.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution for a positive customer experience.
Coordinate provisioning milestones and service activation through to handoff to operations.
