Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of client-facing project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• PC proficiency in Windows and strong Excel skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers within 48 hours of project award and set communication strategy.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and risk registers.
• Create Gantt charts, site safety plans, and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate resources, site access, PPE requirements and equipment.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and customer walk-throughs.
• Communicate changes in SOW and explore change orders.
• Submit documentation and obtain customer sign-off on completion.
• Provide feedback to Sales/Engineering for process improvements.
