Job summary

TPx seeks an IT Project Manager to plan, lead, and deliver medium-to-large technology projects that align with the company’s strategy and IT operations. You will manage the full lifecycle, coordinating with business units, IT leadership, architects, and stakeholders to translate needs into executable roadmaps and ensure value-driven execution.

This role emphasizes governance, risk, and stakeholder communication to steer projects from initiation through stabilization and hand-off to production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience managing IT projects.
• Experience delivering technology projects involving systems integrations, SaaS applications, infrastructure, or enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid environments).
• Experience with vendor coordination and cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of concurrent IT projects across core systems, infrastructure, security, and application domains.
• Independently develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource plans.
• Lead governance by assessing risks, costs, and strategic alignment; advise on project direction.
