Job summary

Maverick Technology Partners is seeking a Senior Telecommunications Service Delivery Consultant to coordinate and optimize carrier services across multiple providers, locations, and teams. The role emphasizes provisioning, migration, and after-hours cutover activities in complex environments.

Healthcare or similarly complex environments are preferred. The candidate will work with Network Engineering and IT Operations to ensure precise order management, inventory control, and service availability

Qualifications

• The consultant should have experience with enterprise telecommunications service delivery and provisioning.
• Experience with carrier circuit ordering and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Verizon and Comcast enterprise services.
• Knowledge of MPLS/DIA/Ethernet, broadband, SD-WAN, and related WAN services.
• Experience with enterprise VoIP provisioning and number porting.
• Familiarity with carrier portals and order-management processes.
• E911 and telephone-number management.
• Carrier escalation and SLA management processes.
• Telecom migrations and after-hours cutover activities.
• Cross-functional coordination with Network Engineering and IT Operations.
• Documentation, reporting, inventory management, and process improvement.

Senior Telecommunications Service Delivery Consultant – Carrier Services & Provisioning

The consultant should possess demonstrated experience supporting enterprise telecommunications environments and coordinating telecommunications services across multiple carriers, vendors, locations, and internal technology teams.

Experience within healthcare or similarly complex, highly available environments is strongly preferred.
