You will be responsible for overseeing field operations, developing project plans, and mentoring colleagues while ensuring project compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8 plus years of experience as a Telecommunications construction Superintendent.
• Knowledge of underground fiber installation using boring and plow equipment.
• Ability to directly supervise craft employees as well as sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet approved plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Lead the development of Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs.
• Review and update construction schedules, addressing delays.

Skills

Education

Post-secondary education in Construction, Engineering, or related discipline
