Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Financial Services.
• Experience as Applications Development Manager.
• Senior level experience in Applications Development.
• Stakeholder and people management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more Applications Development teams and perform personnel duties.
• Provide technical oversight across systems and applications.
• Review and analyze proposed technical solutions.
• Contribute to strategies for applications development.
• Develop knowledge of how business areas integrate to achieve goals.
• Provide evaluative judgment based on data in complex situations.
• Monitor delivery, participate in budget management, and handle day-to-day staffing.
• Ensure procedures and standards are defined and followed; negotiate with external parties when needed.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with Citi standards; escalate issues.
