Qualifications

• 6+ years in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Extensive system analysis and programming experience.
• SME in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to define system enhancements and deploy new products.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in programming and ensure designs follow architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed.
• Assess risk and drive compliance, safeguarding Citi and assets, with transparency.
• Identify issues and derive innovative solutions.
• Triage and report control issues using Jira and incident management tooling.
