Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, adult learning, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years facilitating virtual and in-person instructor-led training with experiential learning.
• 3+ years designing and deploying training; 2+ years as Technology Trainer or similar.
• Experience with LMS/LCMS, course development tools, and video editing software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support development of training programs on MAI technologies.
• Lead virtual and in-person workshops, eLearning, and hands-on sessions; own learner experience.
• Create high-quality training materials using diverse tools and methods.
• Collaborate with HR, L&D, and business units to align training with objectives.
• Partner with SMEs to ensure content accuracy.
• Leverage the LMS to manage content, track progress, and report outcomes.
• Stay updated on MAI technologies and training tech like AI content creation.
• Stay informed on training innovations such as AI, virtual classrooms, gamification.
