MSI Company is seeking a Technology & AI Training Specialist to join its Learning & Development team in a hybrid environment. You will deliver technology and AI training in person and virtually, onboard new hires, and partner with subject matter experts to create effective learning materials.

This role emphasizes training and facilitation over IT support, requiring strong adult-learning skills and the ability to engage groups and tailor content for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in training/learning & development or related field.
• Proven experience facilitating live classroom training and presenting to groups.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ability to explain technology clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual technology and AI training to employees at various levels.
• Facilitate new-hire onboarding and recurring learning programs.
• Partner with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop training content.
• Develop job aids, quick-reference guides and learning resources.
• Track attendance and training metrics.
