Job summary

MAI Capital Management seeks a Technology Training Specialist to design and deliver training programs on MAI technologies, create engaging materials, and provide ongoing office hours for staff. You will collaborate with HR and business units to tailor programs and partner with SMEs to ensure content accuracy.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, use of LMS, and staying current with AI and virtual training tools to improve client engagement and employee success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Adult Learning Principles and Practices, Adult Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience facilitating virtual and in-person instructor-led training programs, with experiential learning.
• 3+ years of experience designing and deploying training and development, with at least 2 years as a Technology Trainer.
• Experience with LMS, LCMS, course development tools, and video editing software.
• Proven experience applying training methods, curriculum development, adult learning, and instructional design in a corporate setting.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Certifications in training facilitation or PMP are a plus.
• Experience in an RIA/Investment Management firm or Financial Services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support development of comprehensive training programs on a wide range of technologies.
• Lead and facilitate virtual and in-person workshops, eLearning courses, and hands-on training sessions.
• Create high-quality training materials using various tools and methods.
• Collaborate with HR, L&D, and business units to align training with objectives.
• Partner with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Utilize the LMS to manage content, track progress, and report outcomes.
• Stay updated on MAI technologies and latest training innovations.
