Job summary

Accenture seeks a Technology Strategy Principal Director to lead transformation programs for Financial Services, shaping roadmaps that integrate digital, IT, and cloud strategies. You will partner with senior executives to deliver strategic initiatives and mentor a growing Strategy team.

This senior role requires deep industry expertise, a proven leadership record, and a passion for influencing technology-enabled business outcomes across client organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in Technology Strategy with at least 8 years in a management or leadership role driving technology-led business transformation within Financial Services/Banking.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in management or strategy consulting, with a proven track record of shaping and delivering complex technology strategy engagements for C-suite clients, including deep expertise in at least two domains.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects to ensure long-term success with practical roadmaps for Digital, IT or Cloud strategy, change management, monitoring and remediation.
• Earn the trust of senior leaders and partner with them to create strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.
• Build relationships with clients to raise Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor.
• Strengthen Accenture’s Technology Strategy practice and contribute as a thought leader by creating content and participating in forums.
• Drive and lead projects that deliver world-class business technology strategy solutions.
• Mentor junior members of the Strategy team and prepare them for more responsibility.
