Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology/management consulting with engagement management experience.
• 7+ years in digital assets leading FS client engagements.
• Designed or assessed operating models or risk & control frameworks in regulated FS.
• Lead complex management or technology engagements across delivery lifecycle.
• Developed and managed relationships with C-suite executives.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital assets transformation programs from strategy to technology implementation.
• Select or operate digital asset custody solutions and custody models.
• Assess use cases within regulated financial institutions and map to business value.
• Evaluate blockchain options for regulated FS use cases.
• Manage projects from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Support development of next-generation digital assets offerings.
• Build a reputation as an industry thought leader for C-suite clients.
• Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.
