Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of high-value consulting experience.
• Minimum 12 years of public service experience.
• Minimum 7 years of leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• Minimum 7 years of large-scale delivery experience with minimal help.

Responsibilities

• Deliver programmatic, operational, and organization design transformations for public service clients.
• Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation.
