Job summary

Accenture seeks senior leaders with deep Resources industry experience to drive digital transformation and strategic advisory programs for clients. You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, shape strategic engagements, and collaborate with executives to advance business outcomes in digital, commerce, and customer operations.

You will guide multi-disciplinary projects, develop bold client strategies, and coach junior staff while ensuring value delivery and profitability for Accenture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in the Resources space (Utilities or Chemicals & Natural Resources) including understanding of the customer space
• 6+ years experience in consulting, strategy, or equivalent role
• 4+ years experience leading multi-discipline teams
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree bonus points
• Delivered and sold large multidimensional advisory programs in Resources industry
• Strong understanding of customer sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce
• Strong understanding of customer back office processes and platforms like Oracle and SAP
• Strong quantitative skills and analytical thinker with at least 2 years of prior experience driving insights
• Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills, including experience on multiple products or deals
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives and manage project delivery teams
• Provide thought leadership on trends in digital transformation, customer operations, and resources
• Develop strategies and deliver high-impact solutions that meet client needs
• Grow expertise and coach junior team members to maintain thought leadership
• Manage profitability and identify opportunities to extend or cross-sell engagements
• Engage senior clients daily as the face of delivery programs
