Job summary

Stradit LLC seeks a Talent Sourcer to collaborate with Recruiters, building creative strategies to engage passive candidates and fill technology roles across Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, AI and related positions.

You will source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates, using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and ATS, while delivering market intelligence and a positive candidate experience. Strong corporate experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional IT recruiting/sourcing experience.
• Experience in a corporate environment; agency experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, ATS and other sourcing tools.
• Experience leveraging market intelligence and recruiting analytics to source and guide hiring decisions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation skills.
• Experience recruiting within financial services, Technology and/or highly regulated industries preferred.
• Familiarity with EEO, ADA, and labor relations.

• Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates for technology roles, including Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, AI and other Enterprise Technology positions.
• Partner closely with Recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies and market intelligence
• Continuously build and maintain talent pipelines/network for current and future hiring needs.
• Leverage Job boards, sourcing tools, applicant tracking system, CRM and other sourcing channels to identify and engage top technology talent.
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights, including talent availability, competitor activity, market trends, compensation expectations, and hiring challenges, to help inform hiring strategies and business decisions.
• Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Understand current technology talent market conditions and maintain knowledge of emerging recruiting trends and sourcing techniques.
• Embrace innovative recruiting strategies and digital tools to improve recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications
