Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8+ years of business analysis or technology delivery experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Experience with systems integration, APIs, data flows, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis for complex initiatives across Pearson systems and data.
• Enable AI-assisted analysis for requirement synthesis and alignment.
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional requirement reviews.
• Translate business objectives into capabilities, data requirements, and backlogs.
• Own requirements strategy, traceability, and impact assessments.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, CX, Data, Security, QA, and Operations.
• Develop reusable AI prompts, checklists, and templates.
• Support release readiness and handoffs with cross-team collaboration.
• Identify AI-enabled process improvements across VUE workflows.
