You will mentor peers, shape solution direction, and ensure scalable, reusable technology outcomes across product, engineering, data, security, and operations.

Qualifications

• Leads complex cross-functional initiatives in Agile, hybrid, or enterprise delivery.
• Translates strategic business objectives into product/system capabilities and data requirements.
• Strong written communication and decision documentation.
• Ability to mentor peers and raise analysis quality across teams.
• Experience with APIs, data flows, and platform/process modernization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis for complex initiatives across multiple Pearson systems and data domains.
• Use AI-assisted analysis for requirement synthesis, gap detection, and stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and cross-functional requirement reviews.
• Translate business objectives into capabilities, data requirements, and backlog artifacts.
• Own requirements strategy, traceability, impact assessments, and risk identification.
• Drive alignment between Product, Engineering, Architecture, CX, Data, Security, QA, and operations.
• Promote reusable, maintainable solutions and reduce unnecessary customization.
• Develop templates and quality expectations for requirements and user stories.
• Create AI prompts, checklists, and templates to improve productivity.
• Provide advanced data analysis and insights to support decisions and reporting.
• Mentor peers through artifact reviews and domain coaching.
• Support release readiness and ensure handoffs and clear documentation.
