Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Technology Solutions Advanced Specialist to lead complex, cross-system analysis for PPA initiatives. You will translate business needs into scalable tech solutions, mentor peers, and drive best practice across Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations.

This remote US role partners with stakeholders nationwide to shape requirements, enable AI-assisted analysis, ensure delivery readiness, and reduce technical debt while maintaining high quality across Pearson VUE workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of business analysis or related technology delivery experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in Agile/hybrid environments.
• Experience with systems integration, APIs, data flows, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis for complex initiatives across multiple Pearson systems and teams.
• Use AI-assisted analysis for requirement synthesis, gap detection, and stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and cross-functional requirement reviews.
• Translate business objectives into product/system capabilities and data requirements.
