Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–8+ years of business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, or technology delivery experience.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in Agile/hybrid environments.
- Experience with systems integration, APIs, data flows, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analysis for complex initiatives across multiple Pearson systems and stakeholder groups.
- Use AI-assisted analysis for requirement synthesis and data insights.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and cross-functional requirement reviews.
- Translate business objectives into product/system capabilities and backlog artifacts.
- Own requirements strategy, traceability, and risk identification.
