Job summary

Vistra seeks a Principal Analyst to drive process improvements and documentation for Technology Services. You will leverage business-technology relationships to optimize applications, train users, and deliver measurable value across enterprise initiatives.

You will design metrics, promote ITIL-aligned processes, and mentor newer staff while collaborating with architecture, development, and business teams to improve usability and adoption.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years in technology or business fields.
