J&T Business Consulting seeks a Senior ISSO in Annapolis Junction, MD to lead information systems security for a large software development program. You will enforce security policies, manage IAVA responses, and collaborate with ISSM on IA posture across multiple environments.

The role requires active TS/SCI with poly, extensive experience in SSPs and security tooling, and strong collaboration across teams. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years as ISSO, independent or team-based.
• At least 5 years using tools for IAVA management.
• At least 5 years managing SSPs and security documentation.
• Experience evaluating security software or architectures for requirements.
• Experience enforcing information systems security policies on large programs.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph.

Responsabilités

• Provide support for implementing security policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Assist in evaluating security solutions for multiple information types.
• Manage Configuration Management for security software, hardware, and firmware.
• Analyze threats and implement incident detection and vulnerability remediation methods.
• Maintain records on hardware and network devices to include upgrades.
• Evaluate security solutions to meet processing requirements.
• Maintain operational security posture for information systems.
• Support ISSM in maintaining IA posture for systems/enclaves.
• Develop and update System Security Plans and IA documentation.
• Support IAVA management activities and security scans.
