Job summary

WOOD Federal Solutions is seeking a Technology Instructor (Mid or Senior) in Annapolis Junction, MD, to turn complex server, network, and platform technologies into practical learning experiences. You will design, deliver, and maintain instructor-led and blended training for enterprise IT environments and work closely with engineering, technical writing, and program teams.

You will lead course development from task analysis through delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement, ensuring users

Qualifications

12+ years in technical training, instructional delivery, or curriculum development.
5+ years in instructional systems design or training development.
Experience creating training for enterprise IT, networking, or server environments.
Windows Server administration knowledge (2016/2019/2022).
Linux administration knowledge and experience with instructor-led delivery.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
Create technical training content for server, network, and platform administration.
Deliver competency-based training using various instructional methods.
Analyze docs and procedures to identify training needs.
Develop lesson plans, guides, labs, assessments, and job aids.
Conduct training evaluations and maintain metrics.
Support course validation, pilots, and content updates.
Maintain WCI products and instructional docs.
Coordinate development activities with engineering and program teams.
