• 5+ years of progressive experience in managing technology operations with IT Service management in healthcare, education, and research.
• Excellent organizational, written, oral communication, analytical, team-building, and management skills.
• Extensive expertise in hardware, software, systems, and applications across portfolio areas.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, cost optimization, emerging technologies, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and management; establish best-practice IT guidelines.
• Direct development of network/telecom infrastructure and operations strategy; participate in partner relationships.
• Grow and transform workforce culture; coach and develop talent.
• Lead design, engineering, integration, implementation, testing, and maintenance of new IT infrastructure and systems.
• Foster continuous improvement to raise quality, efficiency, and standards across IT services.
• Develop engineering/technical strategy with KPI dashboards; improve processes in a complex environment.
• Ensure disaster readiness at acceptable cost; oversee change/release control management.
