• Campus Planning: Facilitate and manage quarterly Campus Project Check Book meetings for senior leadership.
• Campus Planning: Meet with SUCF to facilitate semi-annual Campus Annual Work Plan meetings.
• Campus Planning: Develop project scope, programming, budgets, schedules, and coordination with campus leadership.
• Campus Planning: Lead development of future capital projects with teaching, research, hospital, and public service programs.
• Campus Planning: Liaise with Operations Management on the campus space utilization program.
• Campus Planning: Ensure adherence to architectural character and aesthetics in the Campus Facilities Master Plan.
• Budgeting: Prepare budgetary and preliminary cost estimates for capital budget preparation and in-house resources.
• Pre-design: Conduct pre-design project reviews for the campus.
