Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in hospital or health system operations, including senior executive roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of all hospital operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality services.
• Direct inpatient, outpatient, perioperative, and support service functions.
• Align operational priorities with the hospital’s mission, strategic plan, and academic objectives.
• Partner with the CFO to optimize revenue, costs, and financial performance.
• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to improve patient access, throughput, and care coordination.
