Job summary

IMEG is hiring a Senior Technology Engineer in St. Louis, MO to lead design and project leadership for large, complex low-voltage ICT building systems. You will guide analysis, provide technical solutions, and mentor staff while coordinating with engineers, architects, and PMs.

The role supports Education, Institutional, and MEP markets, with travel up to 50% and a full-time hybrid schedule. PE licensure and 14+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer or related field (required).
• PE license required.
• Minimum 14 years of experience; 16 preferred in building design consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and design of IT structured cabling, AV, security, and low-voltage systems.
• Create detailed designs, specifications and calculations using engineering tools.
• Perform site assessments and prepare technical reports for clients.
• Gather project requirements and communicate technical information with clients.
