IMEG is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in St. Louis, MO to lead design efforts as a project manager or lead engineer for moderate to complex building projects.

You will oversee electrical systems design, budgets, schedules, and mentoring, while supporting client relationships and high-performance, energy-efficient design. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, managing scopes and contracts, and ensuring compliance with IMEG standards and codes across all design phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• 7+ years in building design consulting; 8+ preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, oversee, and manage projects of varying size and complexity.
• Assist executives with design scopes, proposals, and contract reviews.
• Create project schedules with milestones and deadlines.
• Serve as primary contact for teams and clients.
• Prepare monthly billings and update completion percentages.
• Ensure design follows owner and IMEG standards and codes.
• Coordinate design across phases and lead meetings.
• Conduct site visits and document findings.
• Respond to client concerns and manage change orders.
• Mentor and develop staff; build client relationships.
