Job summary

IMEG is hiring a Senior Technology Engineer in St. Louis, MO to lead design and project delivery for complex low-voltage ICT building systems. You will guide technical solutions, coordinate with engineers and clients, and mentor staff across Education, Institutional, and MEP markets.

Requires a BS in a related field, PE license, and 14+ years in building design consulting; travel up to 50% and a hybrid work schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer or related STEM field; PE license required.
• 14+ years of building design consulting experience; 16 preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams; strong communication with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and design of low-voltage ICT building systems and security.
• Provide project leadership, client guidance, and design reviews.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers on complex projects.
• Mentor staff and lead training; manage budgets and schedules.
• Present project interviews and client updates; ensure quality control.
