Responsibilities

• Translate client strategy into a practical technical approach and implementation plan.
• Own technical documentation for architecture, integrations, data flows, decisions, and handoffs.
• Define and maintain technical processes for intake, triage and resolution with clear ownership.
• Lead complex development tasks and integrations in .NET, CMS, API domains.
• Support consultants with feasibility, scoping, and evidence-based recommendations.
