Job summary

Wealthspire is seeking a Senior VP, Technology PMO to lead the technology program management office, aligning strategy with execution and financial performance. You will oversee enterprise-scale programs, drive governance and budgeting, and ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives across functions.

The role requires 15+ years in technology program leadership, strong executive collaboration, and a track record of delivering measurable business value within a regulated/financial services

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology program or portfolio management.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale technology programs and portfolios.
• Robust experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight.
• Strong executive governance, coordination, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear priorities and actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the coordinated portfolio of Technology programs, projects, and central initiatives.
• Establish consistent governance, planning standards, and operating rhythms.
• Maintain access to priorities, timelines, achievements, dependencies, risks, resources, and outcomes.
• Drive execution across cross-functional initiatives and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a consolidated Technology roadmap and support prioritization decisions.
