  • Identifies, designs, and implements process and technology improvements to enhance operational workflows within area of responsibility.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals.
  • Analyses and reports on performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements.
  • Executes on operational technology strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Integrates innovative solutions to improve business outcomes and operational effectiveness.
  • Drives strategic alignment and operational excellence by guiding key external partnerships and leading cost-optimization efforts that enhance financial performance and support organizational objectives.
  • Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
  • Communicates operational status, risks, and improvement plans to senior stakeholders and leadership.
  • Provides coaching, guidance, and leadership to junior team members and supports their professional development.

Provides strategic oversight and end-to-end coordination of regulatory support activities for the aligned Technology, Data & Operations organization. Directs regulatory examination readiness and support, management of regulatory agency inquiries and requests, development and review of executive and regulatory meeting materials, meeting facilitation, and executive communications. Collaborates across multiple functions to promote consistency, alignment, accuracy, and timely execution of regulatory commitments and deliverables.

Qualifications Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, or related field.
  • Experience with regulatory examinations and related activities.
  • Familiarity with operational technology and/or Cybersecurity.
  • Previous experience in a technology-driven business environment.
