Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in San Jose, CA to lead one large technology project or multiple initiatives from inception to completion. You will oversee estimating, design, scheduling, budgets, and client satisfaction, coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in project management, proficiency with Accubid and BIM tools, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, project management, construction management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience with full lifecycle responsibility.
• Experience with estimating software and BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead one large project or multiple tech projects from start to finish, including estimating, design, scheduling, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and procurement; ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project scope, cost, and schedule.
• Provide day‑to‑day direction to project teams and mentor staff to foster growth and accountability.
