Job summary

ArchKey Solutions in San Jose, CA is seeking a Project Manager, Technologies to lead multiple low voltage technology construction projects from proposal through completion. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years of PM experience, and proficiency with tools like Procore, Revit, and CAD.

You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and ensure safety standards while delivering quality, on-time projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 35 years of project management experience.
• Experience and proficiency using construction software tools (e.g., Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks, and/or BIM systems).
• Knowledge of project management tools, construction methods, and safety standards including OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases and activities of each project from plan to closeout, including budgets and schedules.
• Prepares and manages project documents, status reports, and invoices to support construction work.
• Coordinates with foremen, designers, and clients to ensure scope, budget, and milestones are met.
• Negotiates with vendors and subcontractors and manages risk and contracts.
• Ensures safety programs and QA standards are followed on site.
