Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Facilities Services for our San Jose, CA office. You will lead electrical project execution, coordinating purchases, budgeting, reporting, and project controls for multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has a background in electrical construction, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and experience managing subcontractors and vendors. Occasional travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, PM, or construction management.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• 2+ years in electrical construction project management or related disciplines.
• Experience with construction software tools, estimating, budgeting, contracting, scheduling.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Strong analytical, financial and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and manage subcontracts.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases and activities of electrical projects, including planning, budgeting and procurement.
• Prepares and manages project documents, status reports, schedules and invoices.
• Documents procedures and ensures field personnel have materials, plans and directions.
• Secures subcontractors, obtains permits, and negotiates with vendors.
• Conducts job site inspections and safety audits, ensuring code compliance and QA standards.
• Collaborates with the team to meet scope, schedule and budget, and supports client communication.
