Job summary

ArchKey Solutions in San Jose, CA, seeks a Project Manager - Electrical Construction to lead electrical projects, providing administrative and technical direction while ensuring design alignment, NEC compliance, budget, and schedule.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Engineering/Construction Management and 3–5 years of PM experience, with strong proficiency in Procore, Revit, CAD, and budgeting. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, project management, construction management or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience; strong understanding of project life cycle.
• Experience with construction software tools: Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks and/or BIM; proficient in estimating, budgeting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to align with design, NEC, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and union officials.
• Authorize project staff hires and manage wages and staffing levels.
• Provide planning, scheduling, and engineering direction; participate in estimating and bid proposals.
• Review purchase requisitions, payments, invoices, and change orders; ensure safety programs compliance.
