Pratt & Whitney in Asheville, NC is seeking an experienced on-site professional to provide hands-on support to production, rapidly addressing quality and process disruptions while driving data-driven improvements to manufacturing processes.

The role involves troubleshooting, real-time operator support, and cross-functional coordination with quality, maintenance, EH&S, and engineering teams to contain issues and minimize downtime.

Formación

• AA/AS degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or HS Diploma with 12+ years.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
• Ability to collect and analyze production or quality data for problem solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production environments and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and equipment disruptions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on support to production, addressing quality and process disruptions.
• Respond rapidly to quality issues and production stoppages.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process interruptions to minimize downtime.
• Provide real-time technical support to operators and shift leaders.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, EH&S, and engineering to resolve issues.
• Lead or support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Identify process improvements to reduce downtime and improve yield.
