ProMach is seeking a Senior Technical Writer for Weiler Labeling Systems to generate manuals that define system architecture, describe functionality, and cover operating and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities include gathering information from engineering and production, producing clear manuals, and coordinating drafts for review before final production. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years in technical writing for industrial machinery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ yrs experience in Technical Writing for Industrial Machinery or similar equipment/industry
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications – including Word, Excel, Visio, and Power point
• Excellent writing skills including grammar
• Basic understanding of machinery design and manual content requirements

Responsabilidades

• Gather and research information for use in technical documentation
• Write technical materials, such as equipment manuals, appendices, and operating and maintenance instructions
• Interface with engineering, production and service personnel to ensure accurate information
• Produce high-quality manuals that are clear, concise and easy for the end user to utilize
• Coordinate activities to allow for other team personnel to review and comment on draft copy before production of final manual
