ProMach is seeking a Senior Technical Writer for Weiler Labeling Systems to generate manuals that define system architecture, describe functionality, and cover operating and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities include gathering information from engineering and production, producing clear manuals, and coordinating drafts for review before final production. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years in technical writing for industrial machinery.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ yrs experience in Technical Writing for Industrial Machinery or similar equipment/industry
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications – including Word, Excel, Visio, and Power point
• Excellent writing skills including grammar
• Basic understanding of machinery design and manual content requirements

The Senior Technical Writer for Weiler Labeling Systems is responsible for the overall generation of supporting manuals for customers and others. These manuals define system architecture (using drawings), describe functionality, and describe operational techniques as well as maintenance requirements. They also provide lists of spare parts.

Base Salary Range: $80,000 - 100,000
