Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Senior Technical Writer for Weiler Labeling Systems in Moorestown, NJ. The role focuses on producing manuals that define system architecture, describe functionality, and outline maintenance and spare parts for customers and service personnel.

You will interface with engineering, production and service teams to ensure accuracy, and deliver clear, high-quality end-user documentation that supports our automation platforms.

Qualifications

• Gather and research information for use in technical documentation.
• Write technical materials, such as equipment manuals, appendices, and operating and maintenance instructions.
• Interface with engineering, production and service personnel as required to ensure accurate information.
• Produce high-quality manuals that are clear, concise and easy for the end user to utilize.
• Coordinate activities to allow for other team personnel to review and comment on draft copy before production of final manual.
