Job summary

ProMach, through its Weiler Labeling Systems division, seeks a Senior Technical Writer to develop manuals that define system architecture, functionality, and maintenance, including lists of spare parts. You will gather information, write technical materials, and coordinate with engineering and service teams for accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical writing for industrial machinery, strong MS Office skills, and a solid understanding of machinery design and manual terminology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Technical Writing for Industrial Machinery.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Strong writing skills and grammar.
• Basic understanding of machinery design.
• Familiar with manual terminology.

Responsibilities

• Gather information for manuals and write equipment manuals.
• Describe system architecture, operation, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams.
• Review draft copy with team before final production.
