Job summary

Required are 10+ years of technical writing, strong editing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI. This role is office-based in Arlington, VA and involves handling executive materials and templates.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of technical writing and editing experience on policy directives and SOPs.
• Experience using CISA House Style Guide and Writing Style Guide.
• Experience writing communications for executive senior leadership.
• Experience with government records and cybersecurity documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive tasks and coordination workflows.
• Log, assign, track, and monitor executive actions and inquiries.
• Oversee milestones and ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
• Gatekeep incoming/outgoing packages before senior leadership submission.
• Route internal communications based on priorities and expertise.
• Draft and finalize executive correspondence packages.
